Mothering from the Inside Out – Two Mornings of Equus – A Workshop for Women
Would you like to join a small group of like-minded women on a mission to be the best mom that you can possibly be? What would you think if I told you that horses could help you do this, and parenting can be more fun than you currently believe possible? Curious?
Theresa Moore and Leslie Vanderpool invite you to join them in a small group setting to explore mothering from the inside out. A fun and playful way of seeking the balance between our inside intentions and our outside endeavors. With horses as your partners and a group of fellow journeyers for community, you can begin to play with what it would be like to parent with more confidence and ease and freedom as you learn to listen to and trust your own inner knowing.
We will meet at Upward Transitions Farm for two Saturday mornings. You will learn to hear your own wisdom and have the opportunity to lead from that place of clarity and knowing. As you interact with the horses you will receive feedback and support in creating and leading with ease. You will begin to understand and integrate the truth that you have everything you need to be a great mom. And that it all begins from the inside out.

Leadership from the Inside Out
for Young Men Ages 12-18 yrs
2-4 Participants
It is during the teen years that emotional intelligence develops. It is known that the best learning takes place in the moment when the experience is available on all levels: physical, emotional, and intellectual. This is what happens when horses become partners in working with young people to understand the art of social emotional connections and relationship. This can be invaluable for boys as they learn how to lead themselves and make choices, think outside the box, develop self-motivation and self-control.

Individual Equus Sessions
Option 1:
Private sessions are offered in 2 hour blocks at a rate of $300. This includes some pre-work and a phone call follow up session.
For groups of 2-3 please contact us for a reduced rate.
Option 2:
A package of 2 two-hour private sessions. This includes additional individual teaching and follow-up.
Investment – $600

Option 3:
A package of 4 two-hour private sessions. This includes video clips of your equus sessions and individual teaching with follow-up.
